Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or downloading software from MobileTutor.org, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

You are being granted an exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software by Catloaf Software, LLC, through the mobiletutor.org Web site.
A download code may be used to install the software on ONE mobile device only. A code should be considered bound to the specific device on which it is first used.
You may not redistribute, resell or otherwise transfer the software to anybody else without our express permission.
You are however free to give away any of your unused download codes to a person of your choosing, as long as the other terms of this agreement are respected.
You may not attempt to alter, decompile or reverse-engineer the software in any way.
We reserve the right to enforce the terms of this agreement by deactivating codes that we determine to have been used in violation of this agreement, as well as prosecute violators for damages to the extent allowable by law.

Software upgrades within the same minor version are provided for free. Instructions will be e-mailed to you when a new version is released, if you elected to receive notifications.
Upgrades will be provided through the previously purchased download code. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep records of their purchased download codes, and request an upgrade for each code.
Upgrades may only be installed on the original device for which the download was originally purchased.
A minor version is defined as within the same major version numbers. For example, 1.0.1 and 1.0.5 are both minor versions of the "1.0" major version of the software, and therefore free upgrades will be provided for previous 1.0.1 customers.
Upgrading to a different major version (for example between 1.0 and 1.1 or 2.0) requires the purchase of a new download code.
Download codes that have been deactivated because of an issued refund (or any other reason) are not eligible for an upgrade.
Unused download codes for a particular product are not bound to a particular version of the software, and will yield the then-current version at the time of first use.
This upgrade policy only applies to download codes that have been delivered by mobiletutor.org directly. Copies of the software purchased through a third-party store may not be eligible for free upgrades. Consult the third-party store's terms for their upgrade policy.

Personal data may be collected about you, to the extent that is needed to complete financial transactions. The data may include your e-mail address, country of origin, history of purchases with us, IP addresses of the computers and devices you use to download the software, and any other voluntary information you provide us.
Your financial information is handled by the third-party payment systems we work with, and is never made available to us directly.
Phone numbers and e-mail addresses that may be used to deliver the software are kept strictly confidential and will not be stored or reused for any other purpose.
Your personal data is kept strictly confidential and will never be sold or provided to any third parties, nor used to contact you about something not related to the original transaction, unless you specifically give us permission.

No refunds will be issued for download codes that have been successfully downloaded.
No refunds will be issued 30 days after purchase, for any reason, even if the codes were not used. Active codes will however not expire.
No partial refunds. If you purchased a bundle of download codes, you may be eligible for a full refund only if NONE of them were successfully downloaded.
Refunds can only be processed online for electronic transactions through PayPal, Amazon Payments and Google Checkout. Users may apply for a refund by using this form.
Codes issued through a mobile phone payment (OneBip, Pay2Access SMS) are NOT eligible for a refund for any reason.
Any applied refunds will lead to the immediate cancellation of all download codes related to the transaction.
When eligible, refunds will be sent only to the original buyer.
This refund policy only applies to download codes that have been delivered by mobiletutor.org directly. Copies of the software purchased through a third-party store may not be eligible for refunds. Consult the third-party store's terms for their refund policy.
Refund requests are processed manually, so please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing.
