- How much does it cost?

The full version is available for purchase at US$4.99, £2.49 or 3,99€ for a single download code. Many other currencies are accepted through PayPal. Discounts are available when purchasing bundles of codes. Please go to the purchase page for more details.
Single download codes can be purchased directly from your mobile phone by using Google Checkout or PayPal Mobile (currently available only in select countries).
Guitar Trainer is now available for purchase through BlackBerry App World directly from your BlackBerry smartphone. Pricing may vary.
In addition, mobile payments through OneBip, Zong and Pay2Access are available in select countries, requiring no credit card at all to purchase. Note that the price for a download purchase through this method may vary widely from country to country, and that no refunds can be issued for these purchases. The cost of transactions are added directly to your phone bill.
- Is there any way I could get a free copy?
Actually, yes. If you will help us to promote the software by either contributing a translation or posting up some flyers, you may be able to earn some free downloads. Click here for more details.
- How is the application delivered ?
Upon purchase, you will be provided with a download code that can be used to install the application on a mobile device. Redeeming a download code is a very simple process that can be achieved directly from your phone in most cases.
Each download code :
- Is intended for use to install on only ONE device;
- Never expires until it is first used;
- Allows several attempts to download;
- Expires within 24 hours of the first attempt to download;
- Can be upgraded for free after use if a new minor version of the software is made available.
The best way to ensure that the whole process will succeed with your phone is to try first our free demo download.
- Why would I want more than one download code?
If you're a regular user, you probably don't. However, if you intend to use the game on several cell phones, share it with some friends or family, or are a music teacher who wants to offer it to his/her students, then the cheaper bundle deals might be a good choice.
Also, considering that download codes are not bound to a particular version of the product, you may keep your extra, discounted codes for later usage when a new major version of Guitar Trainer is released. Minor versions typically only include bugfixes and minor enhancements, while major versions have more drastic changes.
- The application doesn't work for me. How do I get a refund?
First, please check out our refund policy to see if you would qualify for a refund. If you bought a download from us and were not able to install it on your device, you may use our refund form to apply for a full refund of your purchase.
- Do I get free access to new versions of the game?
Yes. Existing customers will get preferential access to new minor versions of the application. New major versions, or other applications from us will however require the purchase of a new download code. Existing customers may get access to special discounts on this and other products as well.
Starting with version 1.0.11 of the application, this process is made easier with the "Check for update" option. It will connect to this site and install the latest version if a newer one that the one already installed is available.
- I have lost my download code. How do I get it back?
You can have a list of all your active download codes emailed to you by using this form.
- Are volume discounts available ?
Yes. Please send an email to our sales department with your request for a quote, if the standard options on the purchase page do not satisfy your needs.
